How2 is an online learning platform to help your Primary Care team learn or refresh the IT skills required to deliver a quality service for your patients.

Originally designed to support GPs returning to Practice pre-Covid, the site quickly developed to widen the support to cover more Primary Care Roles and more recently, with sponsorship from Cheshire & Merseyside Health & Care Partnership, we have not only extended the roles covered further, with a particular, continuing focus on Additional Reimbursable Roles (ARRS), but also expanded the functionality available to include CPD certification and supporting documentation.

The site is always a work in progress, with new content being added, and new roles and themes being targeted.  We encourage suggestions from users to ensure we are creating content that is up to date and meaningful in order to deliver on our commitment to help healthcare professionals learn, develop or refresh their appropriate IT skills.  Please use the ‘Contact Us’ option if you have suggestions or requests.
